RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Prospect Current Large book of business for Retirement planning services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Must have current license in Life Insurance and a License in Series 6, 63, 65, 7 or comparable
- Proven experience working as a financial services representative.
- Sound knowledge of financial legislation.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
